(Wausau, WI)- The Wausau RiverWolves travel to Dunlap, Illinois for a Friday night match-up against the Peoria Mustangs. This season, the RiverWolves are 5-11-1 which places them sixth in the Central Division. The Mustangs are currently in third place in the Central Division with a 10-8-1 record. The RiverWolves split of home series versus Peoria on November 9th and 10th at Marathon Park Ice Arena winning 4-2 in game one and lost 4-0 in game two.
What to watch for
Acquired via trade from Alexandria Blizzard, Cody Squillace is riding a three-game point streak for the RiverWolves. On Wednesday vs the Wisconsin Whalers, he punched two goals to his name in the first and third period. He opened the scoring for the RiverWolves at the 1:20 mark of the first period and scored at 16:34 of the third. He netted an assist and a goal against the Milwaukee Power over the Thanksgiving holiday as well.
Jack Radley has been a productive skater for the Mustangs. He currently has a 12-game point streak to his name. The last time the Mustangs played, Radley netted a goal against the Milwaukee Power. Radley will also look to avoid penalty box as he holds 76 minutes in penalties. His last major penalty was a 20-minute spearing penalty against the Coulee Region Chill on November 3rd.

The Russian wall, Alex Gilev is expected to start for the Wolves in the crease. In 12 games, Gilev holds a 4-7 record with only one overtime loss.
